Fall is full of great events in Palm Beach and Martin Counties!
Here are a few of my favorites!
Flavor Palm Beach – During the entire month of September, restaurants and bistros offer prix fixe menus for lunch and dinner to taste the local cuisine from Jupiter to Boca Raton. This is your chance to experience menus that define the art of dining in Palm Beach County that perhaps you may not have normally chosen. With more than 50 of the best restaurants in the county participating, they will offer a three-course lunch for $20 or dinner for $30 – $45 per person. Consider this your opportunity to try restaurants you’ve heard so much about without breaking the bank. For more information: https://www.flavorpb.com/
South Florida Fall Boat Show – We live in a boater’s paradise here in South Florida, and the 10th Annual Boat Show is perfect for boaters and those who are ready to buy! With over 300 marine exhibitors and more than 100 boats on display, the Fall Show will be held at the South Florida Fairgrounds September 15-16 from 9am – 6pm daily. In addition to the boats and merchandise, seafood vendors will be ready to satisfy hungry customers, offering delicious seafood including lobster, conch, shrimp, crab and fish served up many different ways. Downtown Delray Beach Craft Festival – American Craft Endeavors is excited to return to Downtown Delray Beach this Fall for the annual Craft Festival on September 21st and 22nd from 10am-5pm daily. Now in its 25th year, the festival features vendors from around the world, as well as local artists with exquisite and one-of-a-kind masterpieces. The show is free to attend and located in the heart of downtown at the intersection of 4th Ave & Atlantic Ave. Surrounded by great shops and fantastic restaurants in an artistic community, Delray Beach is an ideal location to spend the day with friends and family.
Saltwater Sisters Lady Angler Tournament – The Stuart Sailfish Club has hosted Martin’s County’s largest fishing tournament for more than 34 years. Organizers host a Captain’s Party, a themed costume contest that includes boat decorating, and an amazing awards dinner with silent auction and raffles. The 2019 tournament will be held at Pirates Cove Resort, Sept 20th-21st, 2019. Famed marine artist Carey Chen has been the honorary chair of the event the past two years. Proceeds benefit local 501 © 3 charities, including Friends in Pink, a local organization that provides financial assistance for those on the Treasure Coast battling breast cancer; and Windsor Community Angels, an organization that pays for free mammograms for Treasure Coast residents. Stuart Green Market – Every Sunday in Downtown Stuart from 9am to 1pm, local vendors gather to feature top quality fresh produce and foods such as honey, freshly-baked breads and pastries, grass fed/local beef, dairy and poultry products. You can also find handcrafted soaps and lotions, organic spice blends, artisan crafts, handmade jewelry and more. There is truly something for everyone! Downtown Stuart is also a great place to check out while shopping the Green Market – stop in at one of the local restaurants for breakfast or lunch and visit the local shops downtown.
